David Wait - COO Saddle Butte Pipeline

Join us for our Bi-Monthly Membership meeting at the Denver Athletic Club's Petroleum Rooms.  Come listen to our excellent class of Speakers talk about current developments in oil in gas local to the Rockies or from a macro perspective as supply and demand dynamics shift and you want the most current analysis and opinions from the experts.  Some of our past speakers have been folks like:

This Month's Speaker, Mr. David Wait - COO of Saddle Butte Pipeline

David is a registered professional engineer with more than 15 years of energy industry experience developing and managing both projects and engineering, construction  and procurement teams. David joined Saddle Butte in June 2010, bringing the company considerable experience in natural gas, crude oil and water systems. His expertise includes the optimization of gathering systems and compression, treating and pump stations; expansion planning; and associated infrastructure including roads, bridges and electrical transmission and distribution design. Over his career he has commissioned, constructed, managed or overseen 64,000 hp in compression, more than 4,000 miles of pipeline, and multiple natural gas treating, processing and terminal projects.

David’s most recent leadership role, prior to joining Saddle Butte, was at CH2MHILL where he served as Vice President/Upstream Sector Lead for the Continental U.S. Prior to CH2M HILL, David was the Director of Operations for Trigon EPC (now CH2M HILL) in the San Juan Basin, where he managed a consulting staff of approximately 60 engineers, environmental specialists and surveyors; designers; right-of-way and permitting agents; procurement functions and a field construction management team. David brings technical leadership and project experience ranging from transmission lines, gas plants and compressor stations to gathering system optimization, produced water solutions and field infrastructure planning.

There will be opportunities to network with some of the movers and shakers of our industry and contribute to the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Scholarship Fund as our proceeds go to help support our industry's greatest commodity, our workers.

We look forward to seeing you there!
